As a Managing Director for our global RPO practice, Mansi spearheads Leadership Hiring for TritonExec’s largest RPO client across business verticals/service lines in India, Philippines, and China.

With over 17 years in recruiting, Mansi previously spent almost a decade with Alp Consulting, Elixir (GI Group) & Genpact in market making, recruitment delivery roles and setting up & managing end-to-end hiring processes. She keeps a strong focus on key metrics like Candidate and Stakeholder Experience, Talent Branding/Marketing, Social Media Hiring, Technology Adoption in Recruiting, Diversity & Inclusive Hiring.

She is passionate about direct sourcing, head hunting, talent mapping & research, networking, using internet-based recruiting tools, innovating, and leveraging the employer brand to engage & attract top talent for the future of business. Mansi holds bachelor’s degree in Mathematics / Economics / Statistics from Agra University and an MBA in Human Resource from Lucknow University. During her personal time, she enjoys painting, movie splurging and spending time with family & friends.
