Kristina Cmelova

Kristina is a Director and member of the Executive Recruitment Team of TritonExec’s largest client with a strong background in digital, analytics and cloud advisory having worked with global advisory and technology clients as a trusted partner for hi-growth areas and a diversity catalyst. Prior to re-joining TritonExec, Kristina was responsible for Senior Partner searches in Europe across Big 4 Advisory clients in risk, analytics and technology domains and C-suite Technology mandates in Financial Services, Fintech and TMT.

Kristina also spent a significant time of her career within the alternative investment space and has a solid network amongst leading Private Equity and Hedge Fund Investors, key players that are often at the nexus of innovation and technology. She has started her executive search career in TritonExec building out capabilities across several key accounts in the BPO realm.

When not working, Kristina is most likely paining, reading a Victorian crime novel or travelling around the world. Currently deliberating MSc in Psychology or Gender Studies.
